Q: Where are my items shipped from?

A: United States

 

Q: What is the difference between UNTRACKED shipping versus TRACKED?

A: Untracked shipping can be applied to small prints and sticker-only orders. Orders will be sent using a stamp only. Bulkier items such as charms and washi tape can only be delivered using tracked shipping. Purchasing only prints/stickers or only charms/washi tape will reduce shipping prices. 

International orders can be sent untracked, but it is recommended to upgrade to tracked to prevent lost mail. 

Tracked packages can be followed through the Shop app and through the tracking number that will be emailed after the order has been shipped out.

Untracked/Stamped Shipping

  • USA / Domestic: $2.00+
  • International: $3.00+

Tracked Shipping

  • USA / Domestic: $5.00+
  • International: $9.00+

Tracked Delivery Time (After Processing)

  • USA / Domestic: 2-7 business days
  • International: 2-6 weeks

 

Q: Can you combine shipping across multiple orders?

A: Yes, please leave a note at checkout with both order numbers. It will take several days to issue the refund for the additional shipping cost. 

 

Q: Where do you ship to?

A: The list below reflects the locations that can currently place orders. If you do not see where you live listed below, you are welcome to send an email to inquire about future shipping location additions.

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: Yes, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out through email to inquire about a return. 

Preorders

Q: What are preorder items?

A: An item labeled with “preorder” means that the item has not been made. This allows for a higher variety of items and more affordable pricing.

Please note: 

  • Pre-order items may have a delay of 1-3 months from when from the initial order until shipping.
  • There may be small changes in the final item, but any updates will be sent online or on social media.

Q: Why preorder items?

A: Preorder items come with benefits!

  • Discounts, especially for the initial pre-orders of an item when first released.
  • A mystery sticker, as a reward and thank-you.
  • Higher quality products at affordable prices.

Q: How will preorders be managed?

A: After the order is sent there will be a confirmation email. Updates on preorder status can be found in the table below.

Q: Can the shipping address be changed for the pre-order?

A: Yes, as long as it is before the shipping confirmation has been sent.

If the shipping address needs to be changed, please send the order number and new address through the contact page as soon as possible.

Q: Can preorder and in-stock items be shipped separately?

A: All orders that include preorder items will only be shipped once all the items are available. If you want to receive in-stock items earlier, please place two separate orders. 

Q: Can pre-orders be refunded?

A: Pre-orders are not refundable. Pre-orders fund the development of new items for everyone to enjoy.
